The Vacuum Filter separates supplied slurries into liquid filtrate and solid body passing through the vacuum
chamber, The filtered solid body sticks to the filter and moves into a spinning drum where it is dehydrated in the first step. The preliminarily dehydrated solid body cake is washed by cleansing liquid to remove the impurities. And then the cake passes through the second step dehydration process and drops down from an opposite-side outlet by the blower gas continuously. The whole filtering process works in succession.
The vacuum filter needs no scraper structures which is easily seen in the conventional centrifugal filters. The filtered solid body cake is removed from the filter by the blower gas continuously. Thus this enhances the efficiency of the filter remarkably. As this vacuum system filters slurries in large volume in succession the filtering costs per ton drastically drop down comparing to the conventional filters. And the system is designed compactly to give much more freedom in installation space.
